'2021 제7회 대한민국 우수기업대상' | 우수 중소기업 68선.."우수AI·바이오 등에서 두각"

통계청이 2020년 발표한 기업 생멸 통계를 살펴보면 2019년 국내 기업체는 652만7000개에 달한다. 신생기업은 모두 99만7000개로, 2018년 대비 8.4% 증가했다. 업력 5년 이하의 초기 창업 기업 가운데 매출이 연평균 20% 이상 성장하는 기업이 꾸준히 늘고 있다. 5년 생존율 역시 오름세다. 2017년 28.5%였던 수치가 2019년 31.2%로 소폭 상승한 것이다.

그럼에도 기업의 생존길은 녹록치 않다. 여전히 기업 10곳 중 3곳이 문을 닫고 있어서다. 위기를 극복하고 지속 성장하는 기업은 어떤 잠재력을 갖추고 있을까. 머니투데이는 지난 3개월 동안 우수한 기술력 등을 앞세워 괄목할 만한 성과를 내는 중견·중소기업을 발굴했다. 산업 각 분야를 아울러 모두 68개 기업을 선정했다. 이에 따른 행사 '제7회 2021 대한민국 우수기업대상'이 18일 서울 중구 소재의 한국프레스센터에서 열렸다.

우수기업대상은 뛰어날 우(優)와 빼어날·훌륭할 수(秀)라는 행사 타이틀을 살려 기술 및 제품(서비스) 경쟁력이 우수한 회사를 중점 선별했다. 업종에 따라 우수기술(11)·우수서비스(14)·우수스타트업(8)·우수인공지능(14)·우수바이오(4) 등이다. 친환경·브랜드·콘텐츠 등 기업마다 갖춘 세부 경쟁력을 살려 수상명을 16개로 다양화했다. 수상 기업의 주된 공통점은 하이테크 및 첨단 산업 분야에 포진해 있다는 점이다.



이를테면 폐플라스틱, 음식물 쓰레기 등에서 수소 및 열에너지를 생산할 수 있는 리사이클 에너지 기술을 해외로 수출하는 기업이 그렇다. 일본산 일색의 파워반도체 시장에서 국산화와 세계 일류를 목표로 삼은 기업도 있다. 패드를 접촉하는 무선 충전기 시스템에서 탈피해 완전한 코드리스 시대를 열 원격 무선충전기술을 갖춘 회사도 포함됐다. AI(인공지능) 기술로 세계에서 가장 먼저 코로나19 치료제 물질 관련 데이터를 공개해 이목을 끈 경우도 있다.

특히 AI를 융합하거나 이를 베이스로 삼은 기업이 상당수 차지했다. 자율주행, 스마트공장, 스마트홈, 사회안정망 및 노약자케어, 영상 및 음성 지능 플랫폼 등이다. 


이번 행사 인사말을 맡은 박종면 머니투데이 대표는 "대한민국은 숱한 위기를 이겨내면서 견실한 성장을 일궈온 역사를 갖고 있다"며 "기업인 한 분, 한 분의 노력이 모여 국가 전체의 위기를 극복하는 토대가 됐다"고 했다. 이어 "한치 앞을 내다보기 어려운 여건에서도 묵묵히 자신의 몫, 또는 그 이상을 하는 여러분이 우리 경제의 근간"이라고 말했다.

이종섭 동국대학교 교수는 심사평을 통해 "오랜 기간 지속되고 있는 코로나로 인해 첨단 IT 기술력을 바탕으로 한 기업들의 활약이 두드러졌다"며 "AI, 빅데이터, 블록체인, ICT(정보통신기술) 등 4차 산업혁명 관련 기업들이 수상 명단에 대거 이름을 올렸다"고 했다.

'2021 대한민국 우수기업대상'은 올해 7회차를 맞았다. 68개 기업 가운데 12개가 성장 동력을 잃지 않고 거듭된 성장으로 다년(2년~5년) 간 연속 수상했다. 디지털 뉴딜 및 제2의 벤처붐 등 산업 트렌드에 맞춰 올해에는 '우수AI대상', '우수스타트업대상'이 신설됐다.

Naar mijn mening, voelt spelen in een casino met echt geld duidelijk anders dan gratis spellen. Zodra er echt geld bij komt kijken, gaan mensen meestal bewuster spelen.
